There are currently four airlines flying to the Cook Islands – Air New Zealand, Jetstar, Virgin Australia and Air Tahiti. There are direct flights to Rarotonga from Auckland, Christchurch, Sydney, Los Angeles and Tahiti.
Flights from Auckland
Air New Zealand has daily flights from Auckland, while Virgin Australia also flies from Auckland with additional flights three times a week with connections to Sydney. During the peak season (and some other times of the year) Air NZ and Virgin Australia also fly directly between Christchurch and Rarotonga.

Flights from Tahiti
Air Tahiti has a regular weekly service from Papeete to Rarotonga.
