The Tipani Bungalows are located at the hotels front, and the Hibiscus and the Gardenia Bungalows are located at the rear, furthest from the beach.

The rooms are well placed, each taking in the views of the centered tropical garden. All rooms feature high ceilings, a king bed, a small balcony with outdoor table and chairs, ceiling fans, and air-conditioning, en-suite bathroom and an outdoor shower, tea & coffee making facilities, and a mini fridge.

The Blue Lagoon Restaurant on-site provides its guests with complimentary Island continental breakfast, and throughout the rest of the day an a la carte menu offering a great selection of fresh and tasty meals. On Tuesdays Aitutaki Village host a spectacular Island Feast & Cultural Show.
