Muri Beach Resort offers affordable beachfront luxury on Rarotonga’s spectacular Muri Beach and lagoon. This family friendly resort is set in tropical gardens with a signature 12x6 meter saltwater swimming pool, a Restaurant and Bar and is an outstanding venue for tropical weddings and honeymoons.
20 stylishly appointed self contained villas and apartments - some beachfront, others set in tropical gardens feature Queen-size beds, Jacuzzi spa baths with complimentary toiletries, air-conditioning, dining areas with kitchen units, including a microwave, refrigerator, cook top and coffee and tea supplies. On tap drinking water is UV treated and toiletries filtered. Some accommodation also offers two bedrooms.
Muri Beach Resort is ideal for couples, friends and families that like to live, cook and eat their own style. Yet whenever you want a change the Aqua Restaurant and Cocktail Bar is open 8 am to late seven days a week right beside the saltwater pool that also has lagoon views to enjoy. The menu features daily black board specials, fish fresh daily from the boats and choices from Polynesian marinated raw fish to steak and curries. A simpler Kids’ Menu is also available.
Lagoon activities include stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, and snorkelling from the resort and bicycles available for hire, great walking trails, fishing and superb safe South Pacific swimming opportunities.
