Royale Takitumu Villas is a luxury and boutique adults only (18+) property nestled on the south-eastern coast of Rarotonga. Located 25 minutes from the Airport and 20 minutes from Avarua, the property has all the comforts and features that one would expect of a tropical island escape.

There are 10 Polynesian inspired stand-alone villas, with 3 different room categories to choose from. Each one has a view of the stunning lagoon and is spread over 1.3 acres of lush tropical gardens and magnificent palms with waterlily ponds providing a serene setting and a peaceful charm.

All rooms are fitted with air conditioning and ceiling fans, spacious bathrooms, full kitchen facilities including tea & coffee making facilities, microwave and fridge, room safes as well as a private patio with outdoor furniture for relaxing and enjoying the view. The Lagoon View Villas are located just a few steps from the beach and offer a great home away from home option for couples. These rooms feature spa baths in their bathrooms.

The Beachfront Villa is the perfect option for couples looking for a romantic getaway. The layout is identical to that of the Lagoon View Villa, however is slightly smaller in size, which makes for a more intimate setting. These villas are located in between the Premium Beachfront Villas and share a view of the lagoon, ocean and beyond.

For those looking for a little extra, the Premium Beachfront Villa offers more privacy and extra amenities including a private veranda and a spa bath. There are two in total and they are located on each end of the property.

The beach here is one of the best on the island and is great for swimming, snorkelling or kayaking. Although do take extra care when out on the la-goon, as this side of the island is where the lagoon is at its deepest. If the saltwater lagoon is not for you they also have a fresh-water swimming pool onsite, to cool off in and enjoy a relaxing swim.
