Sands Villas is located right on the white sand beach and lagoon of Titikaveka on the eastern side of Rarotonga and offers three high quality serviced villas on 1/2 acre of tropical gardens and lawns with no immediate neighbours.

Each of the three villas have their own individual character. The Coral Villa being the closest to the waters edge - where you can enjoy the cool sea breeze and the ocean lookout, allowing you to admire the turquoise lagoon. Savour in the comfort of your own seaside retreat whilst overlooking the Titikaveka lagoon.

The Hibiscus Villa is privately set back from the beach, offering its picturesque views of the tropical greenery and lush gardens, providing the best outdoor view of its tropics. Delight yourself with a home grilled BBQ feast and outdoor entertaining space.

And last but not least, the Vaka Villa nestled in the middle rewarding you with the views of both. With its best Polynesian style, the villa is designed with an outdoor-indoor lifestyle, making you feel right at home.

All three villas have similar high quality facilities and features including full home away-from-home comforts, picture windows with great vista of the beach and lagoon, three bedrooms (two bathrooms), large spacious decks overlooking the beach and a spacious living area. There is also a fully equipped laundry and kitchen in each villa.

Local village fruit stalls, provision shops and cafes are within strolling distance. Enjoy a scenic walk whilst admiring the local plants and produce. The white sandy beach stretches for at least 10 unbroken kilometres here, interrupted only by the occasional palm trees leaning towards the lagoon.
